Claire teaches an accessible mix of physiotherapy and yoga and gets you to challenge your limits, both mentally and physically and to learn the strength of your breath.

The Body Mechanics Physiotherapy Clinic
Established by two physiotherapists with a background in Sports Sciene, Bodymechanics at Walton-On-Thames; The River Club; and The City are designed around the biomechanics assessment of movement which forms the basis of how we look at the body.
